Melanie Dubendorff is a Broker Associate and the founder of MAD Properties Group with Keller Williams Signature in Katy, Texas, licensed since 2003 (TX #514494-B). She has ranked in the top 5% of Houston-area Realtors every year since 2018 and holds a 5.0 Google rating. More than 80% of her clients are veterans or military families.
Melanie specializes in VA loan home purchases, selling homes for veterans and military families, and PCS relocations across Greater Houston, especially Katy, Fulshear, Cypress, Pearland, and The Woodlands. Through her Give Back Program, part of her commission goes back to veteran clients at closing toward closing costs.
She founded MAD for Vets, a 501(c)(3) serving Houston-area veterans, is President of the Rotary Club of Greater Houston Veterans, co-chairs Rotary District 5890's Operation Turkey, and is a Blue Star Mom. Most agents market homes. Melanie protects outcomes.
